Thanks again for our meeting on Tuesday 28/3; I hope it was also in your interest. I repeat that in my opinion- not only my right or wrong with relation to my analyses/vision is at issue but also, if I'm right, that the results of our work (Bilgili) could be very welcome for the continuation/progress in the Palme-investigation. In brief I also want to explain(again) the results of my analysis, after the partial solving of the Bilgili-murder: 1. The murder on the Kurdish lawyer Mahmut Bilgili is a PKK ( internal) affair, ordered by the European-top or2. From December 185 till his death (5-2-87) he lived in a small room in Deventer, apparently having quit or being fed up with the PKK-organisation. Only some days before his arrival in Deventer,3. After leaving Deventer picked-up?) ince before he died (celiberately drowned), all on the same day 5-2-87, he stayed in a home in Hengelo,, who became the first (and only) suspect; he confessed his minor role in the case o transport of the body) and insisted on not knowing further details. He was alsoandin the Deventer-theatre on 15-3-87. 4. By analysing all the files and other (PKK) documents I tried to find an answer on the following questions: Why wants

the PKK-organisation get rid of M. Bilgili, who in fact was important member on management-position as a graduated lawyer? Why did they kill him more than a year after he "left" the organisation, meanwhilethe ranks of the PKK. 5. On the basis of the PKK-internal jurisdiction I found out that hisis not "enough" to kill him; there must have been a very serious motive, even more than f.e. having contact with "hostile" Kurdish groups. 6. My conclusion is that (some kind of), from the point of view of the PKK-leadership, is a realistic and inevitable motive! The next question of course is what kind of trea - son M. Bilgili could have committed (with others?)? The considerations:

First of all there were the paper-articles, all about the Palme-murder, which we found in his

in the beginning of our investigation.
