(32)He gives you the things that you need. His desk about South Africa and so on is open to you, I mean so you don't know what else he is doing. When I spoke to him I hinted that, "well, you know, perhaps you should consult your masters. You know what your position is." And when I went away from him, I distinctly got the impression that he's going to go on, he was prepared to go on with this thing, because he has links somewhere else, you know would be such that he could protect himself. Apparently it wasn't the case. I don't know. But as i sav. thus assurance, this prime minister of Sweden's name never cropped up. I can't say that he didn't say: "well the money...this man is..." Was Mister Palme, was he in politics there, was he in a government position?

Ö:

Yeah, he was the prime minister.

You know that is whär he, Williamson said and that they were in fact not doing what the people that originated the thing were supposed...that they were supposed to do. They're misusing this thing on this intelligence and that is why he said he thinks Eriksson is also, you know, working for intelligence, or it's a big scam by the Swedish government to get all this information and so on, but never ever was it told that Eriksson did it. His boss was Mister Palme. You know, not in the period that I was there. Now as I say, I don't know anything else about it.. You're free to ask me any questions. This is more or less my association with Mister Williamson.

Ö:

Well, I have a few questions. You said before we started the tape recorder that you had never been in Sweden, so...
