R. W. (Dolf) van Soest

Deventer-Holland

Dear Mr. Andersson,

P Р

A

My name is Dolf van Soest I'm a former police-commissioner in Deventer in the East of Holland. During the last 20 years of my career-which ended in 1991- I worked as Head of the Criminal Investigation Department in Deventer and as leader of a Murder Squad for the eastern region. My last case for the Squad was the murder of Mahmut Bilgili, a Kurdish lawyer, living in Deventer as an asylant. He mainly worked in Turkey for (PKK-) Kurdish suspects and was himself because of that for 5 years in prison. We discovered that he is for sure murdered by his own organisation, the PKK, on orders of the topleadership and despite his important/high profile position over there I analysed, after leaving the police-force for health reasons, that Mahmut Bilgili, at least something liki| analysed too that it has to do with your case, the murder on Olof Palme: Bilgili is murdered because he knew –from inside- about PKK-involvement in "Palme" and because he didn't agree. He took some steps to make that clear in Sweden. I presume that you have heard of my activities during many, many years with a Dutch journalist, Elzo Springer, and our bad experiences with the Swedish authorities. Instead of being gratefUL for our efforts, we were mostly confronted with unwillingness to listen, despite growing conviction of our right. We tried to talk toandNext to f.i. Hans Holmer, Stig Edqvist and lots of other people in Sweden (and Holland) we metenmore than once and have a lot of mail contact.

Now they presented their knowledge and papers to you, I think you will have attention for our doings. Next to our interest, we have, I told it before, very interesting material for you. In the long period before your arrival in the Palme-investigation, we nearly never got answers, reactions and so on, on our attempts to have contact.

That's why I beg you: do at least respond !!

Perhaps it's the start of a fruitfUL contact.
