Thanks again for our meeting on Tuesday 28/3; I hope it was also in your interest. I repeat that in my opinion- not only my right or wrong with relation to my analyses/vision is at issue but also, if I'm right, that the results of our work (Bilgili) could be very welcome for the continuation/progress in the Palme-investigation. In brief I also want to explain(again) the results of my analysis, after the partial solving of the Bilgili-murder: 1. The murder on the Kurdish lawyer Mahmut Bilgili is a PKK ( internal) affair, ordered by the European-top or2. From December 185 till his death (5-2-87) he lived in a small room in Deventer, apparently having quit or being fed up with the PKK-organisation. Only some days before his arrival in Deventer,3. After leaving Deventer picked-up?) ince before he died (celiberately drowned), all on the same day 5-2-87, he stayed in a home in Hengelo,, who became the first (and only) suspect; he confessed his minor role in the case o transport of the body) and insisted on not knowing further details. He was alsoandin the Deventer-theatre on 15-3-87. 4. By analysing all the files and other (PKK) documents I tried to find an answer on the following questions: Why wants

the PKK-organisation get rid of M. Bilgili, who in fact was important member on management-position as a graduated lawyer? Why did they kill him more than a year after he "left" the organisation, meanwhilethe ranks of the PKK. 5. On the basis of the PKK-internal jurisdiction I found out that hisis not "enough" to kill him; there must have been a very serious motive, even more than f.e. having contact with "hostile" Kurdish groups. 6. My conclusion is that (some kind of), from the point of view of the PKK-leadership, is a realistic and inevitable motive! The next question of course is what kind of trea - son M. Bilgili could have committed (with others?)? The considerations:

First of all there were the paper-articles, all about the Palme-murder, which we found in his

in the beginning of our investigation.

b. his remarkable stay in the- house on the day of the murder. On the basis of the traces overthere and the kind of injuries on Bilgili's dead body (among others broken fingers!),

are convinced that a questioning/tribunal has taken place!

the about-turn in Bilgili's course of live in december 185; from being a appreciate member of the PKK to a non (political) - active life in a very modest surrounding. Something very serious must have occupied his mind. It's only 2 months before the killing of mr Palme. d.

From his management-position in the PKK, M. Bilgili could be well-informed of all kind of plans/intentions.

7. A quarded conclusion: theof Bilgili (how? When?) might have something to do with the Palme-murder! Further (critical) considerations: f. the Palme-investigator's have a lot of options; the PKK-option is a "passed station"!? Anyhow, the case is not solved.

it is a long period ( 1 year) between the Palme-murder and the Bilgili-murder: the logic is not obvious. But the period between the arrests, soon followed by the (unexpected?) releases of the PKK-suspects and the Bilgili-murder is only some weeks! I think that the relief about their release (which did not mean that the PKK is not involved) did not keep them from steps to find out who could have played a role in their arrests (by giving information f.e.). They -the PKK-top- tracked Mahmut Bilgili down; they organisedgot confirmation (and perhaps other names) and Bilgili (and others?) became executed! Final conclusion: 8. Because of the above (and further circumstances/indications) the murder on Bilgili is the consequence of his informationactivities, (indirect?) adressed to the Palme-investigators. I got indications that Bilgilider itself. This means that the PKK killed your Prime-minister Olaf Palme as well !!! Perhaps in cooperation with ....? Note: the period of Bilgili's about-turn (dec 85/jan 86) is the period of the preparations for the Palme-murder. Perhaps he had already suspicion but wasn't sure enough or couldn't stop them. So far the result of my study. Whenduring your visit, wants to make statements about your case, I hope there will be time and opportunity to ask him about Bilgili and the possible connection between both cases. I emphasize that a possible confirmation of the tion is in your interest as well.

connecGood luck and best wishes,
